Thank you for shopping with Whim & Wonder Boutique! Below you’ll find all the details about how and when your magical pieces ship.


Processing Time

Most orders ship within 2–6 business days from one of our trusted partner warehouses.

Processing time may vary depending on item type:

  • Ready-to-ship items: 2–6 business days
  • Graphic tees & sweatshirts: 5–7 business days (made-to-order)
  • Preorders: Estimated ship window shown on each preorder listing. Please note preorder timelines are estimates and may shift slightly due to manufacturer schedules.

If your order contains a preorder and an in-stock item, they may ship separately.


📦 Shipping Time

Shipping time begins once the order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time


📬 Multiple Shipments

We partner with several trusted vendors to provide the best variety and quality. Because of this:

  • Your order may arrive in multiple packages
  • Packages may ship from different locations
  • Tracking numbers will be sent for each shipment

This helps your items reach you as quickly as possible.


🚚 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, item type, and destination.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many items begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed.
If you need help, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Whim & Wonder is not responsible for missing or stolen packages.

If your tracking hasn’t updated or seems stalled:

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order
  2. Check with neighbors or household members
  3. Allow 48 hours after “Delivered” status to account for carrier delays
  4. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

We will always help however we can, but carrier issues are outside our control.


Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your address at checkout.
Whim & Wonder is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your order is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees will apply.
