Whim & Wonder Boutique – Returns & Exchanges

At Whim & Wonder Boutique, every package is packed with care and a sprinkle of magic. We hope each piece brings joy the moment it arrives, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it better.


Our Return Window

Because many of our items are made in small, limited batches, requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must arrive back to us:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of odors, stains, or pet hair
  • In the same condition received
  • With original tags attached

We process all approved returns for store credit.


📬 How to Start a Return

Email us at support@whimandwonderboutique.com

If your return is approved, we’ll send the proper return address and next steps.
Items sent back without approval won’t be accepted — our tiny boutique elves get confused when surprises show up on the porch!

Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Once approved, returns must be received within 10 days.


💗 Exchanges

Because styles often sell out quickly, we can’t guarantee size swaps.
The easiest way is to:

  1. Request a return for store credit

  2. Place a new order for the size or style you want

This ensures you don’t miss out.


🚫 Final Sale Items

Some treasures are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance items
  • Deal of the Day pieces
  • Anything specifically marked “Final Sale”

(Unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — then we’ll always take care of you.)


🌟 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

For defective or incorrect items:

  • We cover the return shipping
  • And we’ll replace the item or refund your original payment method
